I rented “The Bulletproof Diet” after listening to Dave Asprey speak on Rachel Hollis’ podcast a few weeks ago. I found their conversation incredibly engaging, but this book.. not so much. I think Asprey has some interesting ideas and I would have never thought for a second there could be something scientific to support not eating raw spinach. However, his strict “keto-ish” diet is a little too regulated, in my opinion.
I’m all about improving health and clearing brain fog, however, I need a way to do so that can fit easily in my life or become easily practiced habits. There are some ideas (ie. bulletproof coffee) that I want to try out moving forward, however, I just didn’t fall in love with Asprey’s advice.
