If you’re like me, you hate working out at home. I’m an obliger which means I need someone to hold me accountable for habits I create and working out is no different. At home, this is tough. I miss the class experience or having a coach motivating me forward. However, I also don’t feel comfortable working out in a gym yet so, here we are.
Over the past few months I’ve compiled a list of free, at home workout videos that I enjoy and collected a fair bit of at home workout equipment. My suggestion if you’re looking: Facebook marketplace. We got a $700 spin bike for $50! I’ve included all my top workouts and equipment pieces in this post. I hope it helps you keep your momentum going into February, March, etc..
